Follow these steps to cancel your subscription. Please note that when you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, with no refunds for the remaining time.
Step 1: Navigate to Subscription Management
- Visit and log in to the Subscription Management portal on the web.
- You will be on the My Plans tab
Step 2: Access Cancellation Option
- Locate the three-dot menu (⋮) next to your plan name
- Click to open the dropdown menu
- Select Cancel Plan
Step 3: Review Cancellation Information
A dialog box will appear with important information about canceling:
What You'll See:
- Your current plan and pricing
- Important information about feature changes
- Cancellation timeline details
Key Points to Note:
- All plan features will be disabled after the billing period ends
- You'll lose access to advanced device management
- Cloud storage and extended video retention will be removed
- Smart alerts and notifications will be turned off
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining time
- You can reactivate anytime before the cancellation date
- Your device settings and configurations will be preserved
Click Cancel Plan to proceed, or Back to return to your subscription.
Step 4: Provide Feedback (Optional)
You'll be asked why you'd like to unsubscribe (Step 1 of 3):
Select all that apply:
- Too expensive
- I don't use it enough
- Free plan is sufficient
- Not enough storage for my needs
- Features are missing (e.g., X, Y, Z)
- Too complicated to use
- I'm switching to another service
- Other
Click Answer and continue to proceed, or Back to return.
Step 5: Review Retention Offer (If Applicable)
You may receive an exclusive retention offer before final cancellation:
Exclusive Retention Offer:
- Special discount on your subscription (e.g., 50% off for 3 months)
- Time-limited offer with countdown timer
Your Options:
- Click Get My Discount Code to accept the offer and keep your subscription
- Click No Thanks, Continue Cancel to proceed with cancellation
Step 6: Final Confirmation
To prevent accidental cancellation, you must confirm by typing your plan name:
- Read the message: "Final Confirmation Required - This action cannot be undone"
- You'll see your plan name displayed (e.g., "Premium")
- Type your plan name exactly as shown in the text field
- Click Confirm Cancellation to complete the process
- Or click Back to return without canceling
After Cancellation
- Your subscription page will show a pending change status (e.g., "Pending change to No plan - June 17, 2026")
- You'll retain all features until the end of your current billing period
- You can reactivate your subscription anytime before the cancellation date by returning to the Subscription Management page
